Returns & Exchanges Policy – Zyron Leather
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The product includes original tags and packaging
- The request is made within 7–30 days of delivery (recommended: 14–30 days policy window)
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided
- A valid reason for return or exchange is clearly mentioned
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned after the allowed return period
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable courier service (TCS, M&P, Leopards, etc.)
- Zyron Leather is not responsible for lost return shipments
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are issued after quality inspection approval
- Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product variation (subject to stock availability)
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered
